Harold provides AI-powered document extraction and data processing services. We help businesses automate the extraction of structured data from invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other business documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring uploaded documents comply with applicable laws, and using the service in accordance with these terms. You must not upload malicious content or attempt to circumvent security measures.
Harold and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of documents you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents for the purpose of providing our services.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at time of purchase. Credits are non-refundable but do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Harold is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
